Sapporo Premium

Ok, so my first review is of a beer which I have not had before, Sapporo Premium. This is originally a Japanese beer, but is imported from Canada where it is now brewed under license from Sapporo Brewing Company in Ontario.

Beer description: Crisp, clear and refreshing.

Appearance: Held up to the light in a clean glass, the beer was cloudy and had golden hues. The beer was inviting and I was keen to get into it. The beer we quick to head, but may be from recent movement.

Smell: Malty and fragrant yet I agree with the beer description of clean, similar to the Beez Neez.

Taste: First impression was a premium beer, the flavours were strong but the taste did not linger for too long.

Mouthfeel: Great, took three or four tastes and enjoyed the sensation. The front palette on the tongue scored most points for the flavour hit but was slightly over carbonated, again may have been from recent movement.

Drinkability: I am looking forward to getting some more of these, especially sourcing some Japanese imports and compare the two back to back. Went down too fast, will definitely have another one.
