Evaluating the Beers.

Before I start orally cataloguing different beers, I will be evaluating beers in the following categories:

1. Appearance
2. Smell
3. Taste
4. Mouthfeel
5. Drinkability

Until such time as I have had the opportunity to review the beers in at least a few different environments, that is, with different meals, different temperatures and so on, I have no intention of scoring them a number, however, eventually I hope to get a scoring the beers reviewed.
